Abdirizak Diis is an accomplished educator and community development advocate, currently engaged in Somali curriculum development and teacher coaching in Minneapolis. Previously, he created the first Somali Ethnic Studies curriculum in the U.S. and has developed innovative programs for youth and adults in the Twin Cities.

Mr. Diis’s multilingual expertise (English, Somali, Arabic, and Swahili) and deep understanding of global politics, culture, and education position him as a leading voice in cultural competency and leadership development.
